How will the service be carried out?

The professional will arrive at the service location on the date you specified to pick up the dog and start the walk. Once the walk is completed, they will return the dog to the pickup location (unless you agree otherwise).

Can they walk +1 dog at a time?

In principle, the walks are individual (1 dog per walk). However, if you want a walk for 2 dogs or more, please include in the booking a message specifying the number of dogs to be walked so the professional can take it into account when accepting your request.

Which breeds are included?

You can see which dogs the professional can walk in the 'Some questions about me' section. Additionally, if your dog's breed is considered a potentially dangerous dog, you should verify that the professional has stated in 'Some questions about me' that they work with this type of dog.

I won’t be at home during the service

No problem! You just need to explain to the professional how to access your home so they can pick up your dog and carry out the booked walk. Additionally, we recommend being available at the time of the service for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Where will the walk take place?

The dog will be walked in the vicinity of the house. If you would like them to go to a specific place that the dog already knows (e.g., a park near the house), please let the professional know so they can follow that route.

Can I book the service on a weekly basis?

Yes! When booking your service, you can choose whether you want it as a one-time service, weekly, or every two weeks, and set the frequency to your preference.

Can the professional administer medication?

Each professional indicates on their profile whether they can administer medication. If your pet requires medication, always mention it before booking to confirm the professional can do it safely.

What is the “minimum price”?

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.
