I don’t have a vehicle for the move

No worries, all professionals have their own vehicle, so they can take care of the transport without any issues. If you only need help with loading and unloading, you can also indicate that in the opportunity.

How do I book if my move lasts several days?

If your move takes place over multiple days, indicate the pick-up day and the delivery day; the 'service date' should always be the pick-up day. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service or feel it hasn’t been completed properly, our Support team will be available to assist you.

I don’t have the basic equipment or materials needed for the service (e.g., trolley, blankets)

No problem, the professional will bring all the equipment they consider necessary for the services you’ve hired them for.

I won’t be home during the service

That’s absolutely fine. Just make sure to agree with the professional on how they can access the pick-up and drop-off locations, and clearly explain any areas, keys, or the contact person supervising the service. We recommend staying available or reachable at the scheduled time in case anything unexpected comes up.

How much experience does the professional have?

In the section 'A few questions about me', the professional can describe their background, specialties, and specific experience. You can also check reviews from other clients to get first-hand insight into the quality of their service and overall satisfaction.

What happens if there isn’t enough time to complete a service?

If a service cannot be completed and it is the professional’s fault, you can request a claim and we will issue a full refund for any part of the service that was not carried out.

What is the 'minimum price'?

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.
