If your pet care takes place over several days, include the start day and the end day in your booking message to inform the professionals. The system does not allow selecting multiple days when making a booking, so the service day must always be the start day of the care period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service or you believe it has not been completed properly, our Support team will be available to help you.

Where will the care take place?

If you choose an at-home visit, the professional will come to your home to take care of your pet. If you need day care or overnight care, you must agree in advance via chat with the professional whether the service will take place at your home or at theirs.
