What does the upholstery cleaning service include?

This service includes professional cleaning and waterproofing of sofas, mattresses, rugs, upholstered chairs, headboards, and other textile items in the home. Please refer to the price list for specific options and rates.

What cleaning method is used?

The most common method is injection-extraction, which involves injecting water mixed with a cleaning solution under pressure and then extracting it along with the dirt. Steam cleaning or specific cleaning products may also be used, depending on the material. The professional will determine the most appropriate method based on the type of fabric.

How long does it take to dry after cleaning?

It usually takes between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the material, the ventilation in the room, and the humidity level. The professional will remove as much moisture as possible during the service. We recommend that you ventilate the room thoroughly.

I don't have the necessary materials/products

The professional is responsible for providing the necessary equipment for the job (car wash machine, steam cleaner). We recommend that you contact the professional to explain the type of cleaning you need so they can bring the appropriate equipment.

I won't be home during the service

No problem! Just let the cleaner know how to get into your home and which areas you’d like them to clean. We recommend that you be reachable in case of any unexpected issues.

Can all kinds of stains be removed?

Professional cleaning removes most common stains (food, drink, sweat, dust). Some very old stains or those caused by chemicals (permanent marker, bleach) may not be completely removed. Point out any specific stains to the professional so they can assess the best course of treatment.

Does cleaning damage fabrics?

No, professionals use products and techniques tailored to each type of fabric. If you have delicate items (silk, velvet, leather), please mention this in your booking message so that the professional can use the appropriate treatment.

How much experience does the professional have?

In the 'Some questions about me' section, the professional can describe their background, specialties, and specific experience. You can also check reviews from other customers to get a first-hand sense of the service quality and satisfaction level.

What is the 'minimum price'?

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.
