How will the service be carried out?

The professional will arrive with all the necessary materials and products, and will set up the area you designate for the service. Once the service they were booked for is completed, they will pick up everything to leave the area just as they found it.

Where will the service take place?

The service will be provided at the client's house. You only need to have a place where you can be comfortable and, ideally, lying down or reclining.

I don’t have the necessary products/materials

Don't worry, the professional will arrive at the service with all the products and materials needed to perform the service they were booked for.

I can't find the service I need

If you can’t find the service you need, we recommend creating an lead (you can do this from the Filters section or the list of professionals). This way, you can specify what you need and when, and professionals who are available for the job will apply with an offer you can book directly.

How much experience does the professional have?

In the 'Some questions about me' section, the professional can describe their background, specialties, and specific experience. You can also check reviews from other customers to get a first-hand sense of the service quality and satisfaction level.

What is the “minimum price”?

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.
