What does the gardening service include?

It includes tasks such as lawn mowing, plant and hedge trimming, leaf and plant debris removal, planting and transplanting, and fertiliser application. You can see the specific tasks offered by the professional in the 'Some questions about me' section.

I don’t have the necessary materials for the service

The customer must provide the necessary materials for the service (e.g., soil fertiliser or natural grass to install). The professional will bring the necessary tools (such as pruning shears, chainsaws, or trimmers) to carry out the job properly. If you don’t have the materials, please let the professional know in the message section when you make the booking. Most professionals are happy to help you source or even purchase the materials if needed.

I won’t be at home during the service

No problem! Just explain to the professional how to access the home and the service you need so they can carry it out normally. Additionally, we recommend being available at the time of the service for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise

What happens if the service finishes early?

If the professional finishes the service earlier than expected, you can discuss with them whether to end the service and save the extra time for another day or use the remaining time to carry out additional gardening tasks (e.g., trimming shrubs, clearing leaves).

Can I book the service on a weekly basis?

Yes! When booking your service, you can choose whether you want it as a one-time service, weekly, or every two weeks, and set the frequency to your preference.

How much experience does the professional have as a gardener?

In the 'Some questions about me' section, the professional can describe their background, specialties, and specific experience. You can also check reviews from other customers to get a first-hand sense of the service quality and satisfaction level.

Does the professional have an official gardening certification?

Each professional can specify whether they hold an official certification or qualification in the 'Some questions about me' section. If you have any doubts, you can check with the professional directly before confirming the booking.

What is the 'minimum charge'?

It’s the minimum amount set by the professional to be hired. This means that if the service you need costs less than their minimum booking amount, you’ll need to pay the difference in order to book the service.
