If your move takes place over multiple days, indicate the pick-up day and the delivery day; the 'service date' should always be the pick-up day. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service or feel it hasn’t been completed properly, our Support team will be available to assist you.

I don’t have the basic equipment or materials needed for the service (e.g., trolley, blankets)

No problem, the professional will bring all the equipment they consider necessary for the services you’ve hired them for.

I won’t be home during the service
