Office and Business Cleaning in Collier Row

It is the service provider’s responsibility to issue you an invoice for the service. If this is a requirement for you, you can filter your search to show professionals who have confirmed that they issue invoices, although we recommend asking about it via chat before booking. You can download invoices for Webel’s fees under "Profile → Payments and Refunds → Invoices."

This includes general cleaning of the workspace: offices, common areas, restrooms, kitchen/break room, and reception areas. The exact scope will depend on what you agree upon with the professional. You can view the specific tasks they offer in the "About Me" section.

If the service provider finds any items you’ve left behind, they’ll let you know via chat and leave them in a safe place of your choosing. If you’d prefer a specific procedure (such as putting them in a bag or leaving them with the front desk), please let them know via chat.

If the professional finishes earlier than expected, you can talk to him or her to decide whether to end the service and make up for the time on another day or, if appropriate, use the extra time to give a specific area a more thorough cleaning

It is the professional's responsibility to provide the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner).

No problem! Just let the professional know how to access the space and what services you need so they can do the job as usual. We recommend that you be reachable in case of any unexpected issues.

In the "Some questions about me" section, the professional can describe their background, specialties, and specific experience. You can also check reviews from other customers to get a first-hand sense of the service quality and satisfaction level.

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.

Some professionals have experience working in settings with special protocols, such as medical offices or restaurants. You can view their experience in the “About Me” section. We recommend that you clearly specify the type of venue and its requirements in your booking message.

Of course! If you're satisfied with a service provider, you can book them again as many times as you like. Make a separate booking for each office or location (each with its own address), and be sure to factor in travel time so they can arrive at the next appointment on time. We recommend coordinating with the service provider via the booking chat.
