Yes, although we recommend messaging the professional before booking to confirm how many pets they can accommodate.

How do I book a service that lasts several days?

If your pet care takes place over several days, include the start day and the end day in your booking message to inform the professionals. The system does not allow selecting multiple days when making a booking, so the service day must always be the start day of the care period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service or you believe it has not been completed properly, our Support team will be available to help you.

Where will the care take place?

If you choose Drop-in Visits or House Sitting, the professional will come to your home to care for your pet. If you need Pet Day Care or Pet Boarding, the professional will take your pet into their home. Remember that in both cases, you won’t be able to share your exact addresses until you book the service.

Will the professional be with my pet the whole time?

For Drop-in Visits and House Sitting, the professional will devote 100% of the contracted time to your pet. For Pet Boarding and Pet Day Care, the professional will be at home with your pet most of the time. If you need round-the-clock care (for puppies or pets with health issues), please contact the professional via chat.

What tasks are included in the care?
