At-Home Pet Care in Shirley Oaks - Eden Park

Yes, although we recommend messaging the professional before booking to confirm how many pets they can accommodate.

If your pet care takes place over several days, include the start day and the end day in your booking message to inform the professionals. The system does not allow selecting multiple days when making a booking, so the service day must always be the start day of the care period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service or you believe it has not been completed properly, our Support team will be available to help you.

In the section "A few questions about me", the professional describes their experience caring for pets and the types of animals they have worked with. You can also check reviews from other clients to get first-hand insight into the quality of their service and overall satisfaction level.

Each professional indicates on their profile whether they can administer medication. If your pet requires medication, always mention it before booking to confirm the professional can do it safely.

It’s the minimum amount set by the professional to be hired. This means that if the service you need costs less than their minimum booking amount, you’ll need to pay the difference in order to book the service.

If you choose Drop-in Visits or House Sitting, the professional will come to your home to care for your pet. If you need Pet Day Care or Pet Boarding, the professional will take your pet into their home. Remember that in both cases, you won’t be able to share your exact addresses until you book the service.

For Drop-in Visits and House Sitting, the professional will devote 100% of the contracted time to your pet. For Pet Boarding and Pet Day Care, the professional will be at home with your pet most of the time. If you need round-the-clock care (for puppies or pets with health issues), please contact the professional via chat.

El servicio básico incluye alimentar y jugar con tu mascota, paseos cortos y enviarte novedades durante el servicio. Si necesitas tareas extra como adiestramiento o paseos largos contacta por el chat con el profesional para acordar el precio.

In the "Some Questions About Me" section, the pet sitter lists the types of pets they can care for, including dogs and cats of various sizes and temperaments. If you have any special needs (Puppies, dangerous breeds, etc.), please contact the pet sitter via chat to let them know.

Of course! Most professionals will reach out to you proactively to provide updates, send you photos, and so on. If you need specific information from time to time, just let the professional know.
