It is the service provider’s responsibility to issue you an invoice for the service. If this is a requirement for you, you can filter your search to show professionals who have confirmed that they issue invoices, although we recommend asking about it via chat before booking. You can download invoices for Webel’s fees under 'Profile → Payments and Refunds → Invoices.'

What does the cleaning service for vacation rentals include?

It includes a thorough cleaning of the property between guests: cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen; changing of linens and towels; restocking of supplies; and general preparation of the property for the next check-in. You can view the specific tasks offered by the service provider in the “About Me” section.

Can the professional accommodate tight schedules between check-out and check-in?

Many professionals in this category are used to working with tight time frames. You can check the “About Me” section to see if the professional can accommodate same-day appointments between check-out and check-in times and if they have their own car.

I don't have the necessary materials/products

The guest is responsible for providing the necessary cleaning supplies and products, as well as clean bed linens and towels for changing. If you do not have these items, please let the host know in the message you can include with your reservation.

I won't be at the lodging during the service

No problem! Just explain to the service provider how to access the property and what services you need so they can perform the service as usual. We also recommend that you be on hand during the service in case any unexpected issues arise.

What happens if the cleaning staff finds items left behind by the previous guest?

If the service provider finds any items you’ve left behind, they’ll let you know via chat and leave them in a safe place of your choosing. If you’d prefer a specific procedure (such as putting them in a bag or leaving them with the front desk), please let them know via chat.

What if there's time left over?

If the professional finishes earlier than expected, you can talk to him or her to decide whether to end the service and make up for the time on another day or, if appropriate, use the extra time to give a specific area a more thorough cleaning.

Can the professional purchase and restock products and put together the welcome pack?

It depends on the professional. You can check if they offer this service in the “About Me” section. If you need them to handle shopping and restocking or put together a welcome kit, we recommend clearly stating this in your booking message.

How much experience does the professional have?

In the “About Me” section, professionals can provide details about their background, areas of expertise, and specific experience. You can also read reviews from other clients to get a firsthand sense of the quality of service and the level of satisfaction.

What is the 'minimum price'?

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.

What if the previous guest left behind damage or a mess?

The cleaner will perform the standard cleaning service you booked. If, upon arriving at the property, they notice any damage or a level of dirtiness that is significantly higher than usual, they will contact you to determine whether the service needs to be expanded. We recommend letting the cleaner know via chat if you suspect the property may be in worse condition than usual.

Can I request an urgent or last-minute service?

Yes! You can book a same-day service as long as there are professionals available in your area. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure the time slot you need, especially during peak season.

Can I hire the same professional for multiple properties?

Of course! If you're satisfied with a service provider, you can book them again as many times as you like. Make a separate booking for each location (each with its own address), and be sure to factor in travel time so they can arrive at the next service on time. We recommend coordinating with the service provider via the booking chat.
