I am a dedicated 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with a deep-rooted passion for movement. My fitness journey began in dance, where I trained extensively in Ballet, Contemporary, and Tap. This background gave me a sophisticated understanding of anatomy, precise alignment for injury prevention, and effective flexibility training. I transitioned into leading women’s fitness, specialising in high-energy, circuit-based HIIT classes. I balanced these intense workouts with intentional cool-downs, incorporating guided stretching, breathwork, and meditation to help clients regulate their nervous systems. Driven by a desire to deepen my expertise in functional movement, I pursued my yoga certification. Today, I combine the fluid structure of Vinyasa with a rigorous focus on alignment, breath, and deep, restorative flexibility work to ensure my clients leave every session stronger and more recovered.
