What materials do I need for the class?

You only need sportswear, along with personal use items: gloves, wraps, mouthguard, etc. The instructor will provide the rest of the necessary materials (e.g. pads, bands, skipping rope, etc.) for the class.

Where will the service take place?

The activity can take place at your home (either because you have a large enough space or your own gym), at your residential complex's gym (if available), or outdoors (in a park or similar).

Can the classes be online?

Yes, as long as the professional has stated in their description or in 'Some questions about me' that they offer online classes.

Can the classes be group sessions?

You can see the maximum number of students the teacher accepts per class in the 'Some questions about me' section. If there will be more than one student in the class, please let the teacher know in the message you can include in the booking so they can take it into account when accepting your request.
