The professional will arrive with all the necessary materials and products (e.g., scissors, comb, folding table...) and will set up the area you designate for the service. Once the service they were booked for is completed, they will tidy up the area to leave it as it was.

The dog will be bathed in any available shower/bathtub/sink.

Yes. The professional will be responsible for leaving the place as they found it before the service was performed.

You can see which dogs the professional can walk in the "Some questions about me" section. Additionally, if your dog's breed is considered a potentially dangerous dog, you should verify that the professional has stated in "A few questions about me" that they work with this type of dog.

You only need to have a spacious area (around 2m²) where the table the professional will use for the service can fit. Ideally, this area should not have carpets nearby to make it easier to clean up the hair after the service.

If there isn’t enough time to carry out a service and the professional is at fault for this, you can claim the service, and we will issue a full refund for the services not provided.

If you can’t find the service you need, we recommend creating an lead (you can do this from the Filters section or the list of professionals). This way, you can specify what you need and when, and professionals who are available for the job will apply with an offer you can book directly.

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.
