The professional will arrive with all the necessary materials and products (e.g., scissors, comb, folding table...) and will set up the area you designate for the service. Once the service they were booked for is completed, they will tidy up the area to leave it as it was.

You only need to have a spacious area (around 2m²) where the table the professional will use for the service can fit. Ideally, this area should not have carpets nearby to make it easier to clean up the hair after the service.

If there isn’t enough time to carry out a service and the professional is at fault for this, you can claim the service, and we will issue a full refund for the services not provided.

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.
