You only need sportswear that allows you to participate in the class comfortably. The instructor will provide the rest of the necessary materials (e.g. resistance bands, weights, TRX straps, etc.) for the class.

Where will the service take place?

The activity can take place at your home (either because you have a large enough space or your own gym), at your residential complex's gym (if available), or outdoors (in a park or similar).

Can the classes be online?

Yes, as long as the professional has stated in their description or in 'Some questions about me' that they offer online classes.
