Does it include laundry?

Ideally, the clothes should be washed and dried before the service begins. If not, the professional can put the washing on and hang the cleaned clothes, but the time spent on this task will be time not used for ironing the clothes.

I don’t have an iron/ironing board

It is the client who must provide both the iron and the ironing board. Please, if you do not have either of these, let the professional know in the message included in the booking request so they can take it into account when accepting your request.

I won’t be at home during the service

No problem! Just explain to the professional how to access the home and the service you need so they can carry it out normally. Additionally, we recommend being available at the time of the service for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

What if there is time left over?

If the professional finishes ahead of schedule, you can talk to them to decide if you'd like to finish the service and save that time for another day or, alternatively, use the extra time to do another task (i.e. start a new load of laundry or similar).

Social Security Registration

To register the professional for Social Security, you will need their National ID (DNI) or Residence Permit and their date of birth. You can request these details via chat once you have hired them.

What is the “minimum price”?

It is the minimum amount set by the professional in order to book them. In other words, if the service you need has a cost lower than their minimum booking amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure their service.
