Hi! I’m Anika, a yoga teacher and massage therapist based in Mallorca, with a deep passion for creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and presence. Originally from Germany, I’ve spent many years traveling and learning, and today I bring all those experiences into my teaching and bodywork. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Meditation — in English, German, and Spanish. In addition to yoga, I also offer holistic massage treatments, including relaxing and deep tissue techniques, to support your well-being on all levels. My classes and sessions are intuitive, grounding, and heart-led. I love guiding others to explore their bodies gently and consciously, honoring each person’s unique rhythm and needs. Hello dear readers… I have been practicing and studying Kundalini Yoga during the last 15th years … I consider myself an empirical student of this discipline, i love to reciprocate the knowledge received from my masters to the committed one… During the lesson we go through Pranayama, Asanas, devotional chants with Harmonium in order to achieve a meditative state of mind. “Sat Chit Ananda” I like to keep it easy and simple accessible for all levels.
