You only need sportswear that allows you to participate in the class comfortably. The instructor will provide the rest of the necessary materials (e.g. resistance bands, weights, TRX straps, etc.) for the class.

The activity can take place at your home (either because you have a large enough space or your own gym), at your residential complex's gym (if available), or outdoors (in a park or similar).

Can the classes be online?
